Job Requirements:
Previous experience in working with a 5 stars and 7 stars environment is advantageous.
Good understanding of how the role contributes to the success of the Restaurant.
Willing to work on a shift basis and flexibility in working both weekends and public
holidays.
1. Bartender: (2 Nos.)
Salary Per month: AED 1,800
2. Hostess: (2 Nos.)
Salary Per month: AED 1,600
3. Waiter/Waitress: (10 Nos.)
Salary Per month: AED 1,200
Note : Can speak Mandarin/Chinese, Russian, Spanish ONLY
Terms:
1. Contract period : 3 Years, Limited
2. Transportation: Company Provided to and from the hotel
3. Service Charge: 20% of monthly revenue, distributed equally to the team members who has completed more than 6 months. Those who are on probation are eligible to collect the service charge as lumpsum on completion of 6 months.
4. Annual Bonus: Maximum up to one months salary based on hotel performance levels subject to owners & Minor Hotels approval.
5. End of Gratuity: Statutory as per UAE Labor Law. Minimum 1 year of service to qualify. Maximum payment limited to equivalent 2 years basic salary.
6. Duty Meals: Provided with free meals on duty to be taken in the team member restaurant
7. Hotel Outlets personal consumption: 50% discount to the team member up to four
(4) family members or friends, hence a total of five (5) person including the team member. Bookings can be done prior to the approval of F&B Outlet Usage form. However, all bookings are subject to availability in the restaurant and to guest needs.
8. Health Care & Insurance: Medical Insurance provided in line with Hotel policy for team members only
9. Working hours per week/Off Days: 48 hours per week as per UAE labor law excluding breaks. Off days in line with hotel policy
10. Public Holiday per year: As announced by the Govt of UAE. Public holidays must be cleared within three months.
11. Paid Sick Leave per year: After probation 15 days full pay and additional 30 days at half pay per year.
12. Paid Maternity Leave per year: Inline with UAE Labor Law
13. Paid Paternity Leave Per Year: 5 Days of paternity leave after 1 continuous year of service
14. Compassionate Leave per year: A bereavement leave of (5) five days, in case of death of the husband or wife and (3) three days in case of death of the mother, father, son, brother, sister, grandson, grandfather or grandmother, starting from the date of death;
15. Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per annum, as per U.A.E Labor law
16. Repatriation: The Company will repatriate the personal effects to the home country and a one-way airfare ticket for the team member when the team member completes the contract or the company terminates the contract. This repatriation entitlement will be
forfeited in the event the team member resigns to remain in the same host country. In the event where the employment is terminated due to a breach of the Companys code of conduct or other regulations, or not completing the contractual terms the Company will not be liable for any repatriation expenses. Upto Max 30 KG
17. Annual Leave Airfare: Economy return ticket allowance for self every 2 years to contracted nearest international airport at home country. Allowance paid on work anniversary of the team member with payroll.

19. Accommodation Status: Studio Apartment sharing for 2
