Urgent Opening of Food & Beverage Manager in Dubai

Open Position :

1. FB Manager : (2 Nos.)

Job Requirements:

1. European candidate with at least 2 years experience on the same role and handling the

department exp from 5 stars or 7 stars hotels

Salary per month : AED 16,000


1. Contract period : 3 Years, Limited,

2. Contract Status: Family Benefits max of 2 kids

3. Accommodation Status: 10,000 AED per month

4. Annual Bonus: Max of 30% annual salary based on achievement of KPIs as per Minor policy and employment contract, subject to owners approval for KPI Positions

5. Educational Assistance: in line with hotel policy (This allowance is paid for a maximum of two children aged between 5 and 18, who must be enrolled in school in the UAE. The fees are reimbursed on submission of receipt). Maximum of 36,000 AED per annum per child (only tuition fee)

6. End of Gratuity: Statutory as per UAE Labor Law. Minimum 1 year of service to qualify. Maximum payment limited to equivalent 2 years basic salary.

7. Relocation Ticket: One way economy class ticket provided inline with contractual terms (team member + Spouse +upto 2 children below age of 18 at the time of ticket booking

8. Duty Meals: Provided with free meals on duty to be taken in the team member restaurant or in any hotel restaurant limited to one meal a day

9. MOD Meals: MOD duty meal in hotel outlet. No alcohol on duty.

10. Hotel Outlets personal consumption: 50% discount to the team member up to four

(4) family members or friends, hence a total of five (5) person including the team member. Bookings can be done prior to the approval of F&B Outlet Usage form. However, all bookings are subject to availability in the restaurant and to guest needs.

11. Entertainment: Use of hotel outlets for business entertainments. Pre approval required based on business level.

12. Health Care & Insurance: Enhanced Medical Insurance provided in line with Hotel policy for team member + Spouse +2 children below age of 18 as long as dependents are residents of UAE

13. Working hours per week/Off Days: 48 hours per week as per UAE labor law excluding breaks. Off days in line with hotel policy

14. Public Holiday per year: As announced by the govt of UAE. Public holidays must be cleared within three months.

15. Paid Sick Leave per year: After probation 15 days full pay and additional 30 days at half pay per year.

16. Paid Maternity Leave per year: Inline with UAE Labor Law

17. Paid Paternity Leave Per Year: 5 Days of paternity leave after 1 continuous year of service

18. Compassionate Leave per year: A bereavement leave of (5) five days, in case of death of the husband or wife and (3) three days in case of death of the mother, father, son, brother, sister, grandson, grandfather or grandmother, starting from the date of death;

19. Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per annum, as per U.A.E Labor law

20. Repatriation: The Company will repatriate the personal effects to the home country and a one-way airfare ticket for the team member and their authorized dependents when the team member resigns after completion of contract This repatriation entitlement will

be forfeited in the event the team member resigns to remain in the same host country. Economy class air ticket provided from nearest international airport of home country In the event where the employment is terminated by the Company, the Company will bear the travel costs and the repatriation entitlement. In the event where the employment is terminated due to a breach of the Companys code of conduct or other regulations, the Company will not be liable for any repatriation expenses. Entitlement up to 250 KG or 2.5 M3 shipment.

21. Annual Leave Airfare: Economy return ticket allowance for self, spouse and max 2 children who must be under age of 18 on date of travel - every 1 year to contracted nearest international airport at home country .Allowance paid on the first work anniversary of the team member with payroll .
