1. Finance Manager in Real Estate : Regularly review actual performance to plan, identify gaps, update forecasts, and recommendations to course correct performance Drive financial planning and budgeting process by developing financial models Establish performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations Manage the preparation of the companys budget. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained Note : 3 years of Real Estate working experience

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field CPA or ACCA is an added advantage
• 3 Years of Real Estate working experience
• Salary per month in USD 1900.
