Manager for strategic projects in vaccine production at GIZ Full-time Job

Biovac is a leading vaccine manufacturer and cooperates as a recognized partner company with national and international authorities and private actors. Biovac would like to expand its position in the global vaccine market and needs your expertise for the strategic further development of business processes. In particular, this includes senior management for the development of suitable technical infrastructures for the production of vaccines in accordance with international cGMP standards. In addition, the management of the Strategic Projects team should make a contribution to personnel development.

These are your tasks:

• Management of strategic projects with terms of 5-10 years and a financial volume of up to EUR 300 million
• Support of risk and quality management, especially taking into account relevant standards such as SOP, WI, specification URS
• Implementation of personnel development measures within the Strategic Projects team
• Taking on business management responsibilities such as ethics, quality, regulatory compliance and other essential business needs.

Your skills:

• Completed degree in engineering, for example as a process engineer in GMP production or automation technology or another qualification that enables you to work
• Several years of professional experience in the management of projects for vaccine production
• Experience in strategic project management, ideally also at an international level
• Knowledge of personnel development measures
• Very good English
