This role provides a unique opportunity to combine Deep Client & Colleague Insights with Emerging technology to drive delivery and execute on our digital strategy for Frameworks. Frameworks are a key enabler in our CIB strategy to build a winning Corporate bank, by providing Pan-Africa platforms where clients can access their CIB services.

This is achieved through close collaboration with Clients, Product, Infrastructure, Operations, Tech, and Design teams to co-create solutions. This role will be responsible for planning and execution of business objectives alongside the tech team throughout the business development lifecycle in accordance with Scaled Agile methodology and will be the key interlock between Business and Technology.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide a portfolio roadmap against the strategic roadmap ( CIB Salesforce Tenants)
  • Prepare and present business case to the portfolio manager for any SI funding where required
  • Building and Maintaining the Product Backlog with input from various team members in the development team and business stakeholders.
  • Prioritize the Product Backlog based on Roadmap and overall Strategy of the platform across the different Channels to enable business value.
  • Execute the strategic roadmap for Salesforce in partnership with client, product and technology.
  • Manage and Track Dependencies within the development team as well as external dependencies from other teams and deliverables.
  • Key Role in PI Planning and Tenant Engagements with Business and Development team
  • Ensure appropriate story definition, providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor Honours Degree in Business or Information Technology
  • SAFe Product Owner Certification
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • System and Technical Solution experience/knowledge
  • Corporate Banking & Business Banking Product experience
  • 2-5 years experience in the financial services industry
  • 2-3 years experience in Product Owner Role (CRM- Customer Relations Management platforms, an added advantage)
  • 2-3 years experience in managing third-party/outsourced vendors development teams

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
