Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the maize industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of material management, procurement processes, and logistics related specifically to agricultural commoditiesespecially maize. The ideal candidate will have 1518 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to work under pressure while managing complex supply chains and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

MBA / Diploma in Material Management / Graduation in a relevant discipline

1518 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the agriculture or maize sector

Proven leadership experience as a Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager

Key Skills & Requirements:

In-depth understanding of procurement, vendor management, and commodity logistics, especially in maize trading or processing

Familiarity with supply chain operations from farm-level sourcing to final delivery

Strong ability to work under pressure with dotted-line reporting systems

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Knowledge of the local language is a strong advantage
