| Product Knowledge how to pack the product / how many units in a case / category of the product / product price / product shelf-life | ||||
| Merchandising Skills refilling coolers as per cooler sets / counting stock / stock rotation / block-branding / store-room management | ||||
| Cooler Pattern Picture of Success by channel by store | ||||
| Customer Service basic customer service training | ||||
| Trade Maths calculating the order / understand the profit story | ||||
| Specific Skills: | Technical | Basic Value Chain: Understand internal value chain of what can and cant be done with timelines | ||
