Nationality Preference: Indian candidates already residing in Tanzania
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for software products.
2. Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with prospective clients.
3. Develop strong client relationships and understand customer needs.
4. Work closely with the technical and pre-sales team to align solutions with client requirements.
5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
6. Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2. 13 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably software or ERP).
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of the Tanzanian market and business culture will be an advantage.
5. Indian national currently residing in Tanzania will be strongly preferred.
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
