An Executive Restaurant in Kariakoo, Dar es Salaam is hiring experienced and passionate Baristas to join our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and specialty drinks according to restaurant and international standards.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with skill and care.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station and all equipment.

Recommend beverage options and upsell menu items to guests.

Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other barista supplies.

Work with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Tanzania hospitality regulations.

Requirements & Skills

Proven work experience as a Barista in a restaurant, café, or coffee shop.

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage presentation.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Education & Experience

Hospitality or barista training certificate preferred.

Minimum 1 year barista experience is an advantage.
