Head of Facilities & Operations (x1) Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities Head of Facilities & Operations

- Management of properties: To manage all the commercial and residential properties under the IMCT, across country and ensure appropriate legal documentation are in place.

- Supervise and manage service agreements for vendors ensuring timely repairs and accurate records.

- Sales and Marketing: Handle marketing for exhibitions, client contracts, negotiations and timely rent collection.

- Safety & security: Oversee security, recommend and maintain security devices and establish emergency response.

- Asset and Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory management and periodic verification of assets and stocks.

- General Duties: Ensure staff efficiency, maintain statutory requirements and license for properties.

- Ensure timely billing and collection from property debtors.

- Develop SOPs for operations and preventive maintenance.

-Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.

*What you need for Head of Facilities & Operations

- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing and Sales.

- Any additional qualification in Finance will be an added advantage.

- At least 5 years relevant experience in managing properties and operations.

- Knowledge of maintenance and administration with computer skills.

- Experience in managing contractors and maintenance personnel.

Saturdays: 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM

(Depending on events and off time)
