Branch Manager Full-time Job

• ncreasing sales and market share of all companys products in that region through regular market visits, building strong relationships with customers directly, and monitoring and countering competitors activities.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure no stock out of products.
• To achieve profitability of the branch operations by optimizing sales revenue, utilization of resources and expense control.
• Managing manpower and building a strong team under him including assessing, motivating, and monitoring the people under him to increase their productivity. Where necessary he should be able to recruit manpower locally.
• To safeguard and monitor the assets of the company by regular physical checks and balances and put in place a control mechanism to prevent losses, pilferages, and theft.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and liaising with Government authorities.
• Handle any other duties as may be given by Management.
