Estate Manager - Agriculture Division

• Prepares and controls the annual operating budget and the labour force estimation for the project.
• Control the production cost by supervising the quality and quantity of work performed.
• Requests protective devices, materials, agrochemical, and tools required as the project budget and control their proper utilization.
• Develops, implements, and maintains improved management systems with the view to creating opportunities for improvements.
• Takes due responsibility and accountability for managing and controlling resources and property allocated for work within the area of responsibility.
• Handle labour cases and grievances and manages to settle them amicably.
• Creates and maintains a conducive working environment that enhances worker's involvement in achieving organizational objectives.
• Prepare and submits the periodical activity status and special reports as necessary on time.
• Any other task given by the reporting officer or management.
