Job Description:

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms

File and update contact information of employees, customers and suppliers

Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Document expenses and hand in reports

Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Job Requirements:

Diploma in any related field

Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Salary Per Month: USD 175 - USD 200

Job Location : Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Terms :

1. Contract Period : Long Terms

2. Food, Accommodation, Transportation : Will be managed by candidates

3. Working hours/days: Monday to Friday - 08:00 am - 05:00 pm, Saturday 08:00 am - 02:00 pm

4. Eligible Nationalities : Tanzanian
