Service Coordinator 4 Positions Full-time Job

• Recruit and train the customer service resources employees.
• Keep a track of the reported and unsolved complaints and maintain a TAT report.
• Update the service reports on daily basis.
• Dealer mapping for 2S, 3S and MFS.
• Build new dealers, Spare outlets, and Service centers.
• Arrange the training programs & Boda-park Mapping.
• Any other responsibility given by the reporting officer.
